Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Duowire application and this website, operated by Duowire (legal entity TBD).

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, who handles payment processing and tax collection on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled beforehand through your LemonSqueezy customer portal.

Fair use of relay quota

Each plan includes a monthly relay-quota allowance, listed on our Pricing page. Direct peer-to-peer traffic is never metered. Exceeding your relay quota degrades your account to direct-connections-only for the remainder of the billing period; it does not suspend your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Duowire to access networks or systems you are not authorized to access, or in violation of any applicable law.

Self-hosted relays

Nothing in these Terms restricts your ability to run your own relay infrastructure using the freely available relay-setup tooling — self-hosted relays are not billed or metered by us.

Disclaimer of warranty & limitation of liability

The software and website are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Duowire.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Duowire after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
